Terms of Use
1. General Provisions
This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") is a public offer that governs the relationship between Sunduk's online store and its customers. In accordance with Ukrainian legislation, online sales are classified as remote transactions, and contractual relations are established through a public offer agreement.
By clicking the "Confirm Order" button during checkout, the customer agrees to all terms of this agreement.
2. Placing an Order
Orders are accepted through the Sunduk website 24/7. Order confirmation is carried out by a manager after verifying the availability of the selected item. If an item is out of stock, the manager will inform the customer about possible alternatives or order cancellation.
The administration reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the customer violates these Terms.
3. Payment Methods
Payment for ordered goods can be made using the following methods:
- Cash payment upon receipt at the courier service office.
- Online payment via a secure bank card transaction.
- Bank transfer (invoice) for legal entities.
Payment must be made in full before the item is handed over to the customer.
4. Delivery
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out using the following courier services:
- «Nova Poshta»
- «Ukrposhta»
International shipping is available via EMS or DHL. The cost and delivery time depend on the courier's rates.
5. Returns and Exchanges
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," customers have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days, provided the item has not been used and retains its original condition.
6. Warranty and Liability
Sunduk guarantees that its products meet the declared specifications. However, we are not responsible for improper use of the products by the customer.
The website is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier service or incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
7. Data Confidentiality
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with Ukrainian law. The information is not shared with third parties except in cases stipulated by law.
8. Force Majeure
Both parties are released from liability for failing to fulfill their obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, military actions, government restrictions, etc.
9. Amendments to the Terms
The Sunduk administration reserves the right to change these Terms unilaterally. Updates are published on the website and take effect from the moment they are posted.
